R.R. Bed Blu Traditional Cache

The cache is an ovaltine container and located about 1.5 miles North East of Locomotive Springs.
This is located near the original RR bed when the first transcontinential RR came through. It can be reached by traveling a dirt road 20 miles. Since the RR bed is level and there is parking near by, I don't see why a wheelchair couldn't get to the cache. NO bushwacking required.
