Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are for suggested car parking just off the main road. There are a couple of easy clues to solve to find the cache location. This cache is hidden on a reasonably level footpath with a few stiles to cross and gates to open. Wellies are advisable in wet weather. The walk takes you past the grounds of the former Weston House - take care to stay on the path and not go into the woods as these are privately owned.

Weston House was a manor house which was pulled down and rebuilt as a Mansion house in the early 1800s. This house was extremely impressive with ornamental gardens, a chapel, stable blocks and a line of trees leading up to it. The Mansion house was demolished in 1934.

From this walk you can still see the ice house, the line of trees leading up to the site of the former Weston House and the woods belonging to the estate.
The cache is a large plastic container that has been 'fully furnished' to make it into a travel bug bed and breakfast. The location, in a beautiful part of the North Cotswolds, should provide a well earned rest for weary travel bugs and geocoins on their journeys.
There is a 'visitors' book' which should be filled in but there is no room amongst the furniture for 'swaps'.
