There may be some debate on what is the greatest “testosterone” movie, but I know my favorite one is depicted within this Mystery Cache.
The coordinates listed, are not those where you will find the cache. You need to watch the movie to solve this mystery. These are not answers that are found through an internet search – you must watch the movie to obtain the correct coordinates.
Here are the actual coordinates for the cache:

A = The street number of Charley’s house – minus – the number on Maverick’s home at the beginning of the movie.
B = The number of Hot Shots seen every eight weeks – plus – the number of times Maverick 'looks' at his watch during the volleyball game.
C = Maverick keeps a photo in his wallet. The first number written on the back of the photo – plus – the percentage of all Naval aviators that go to the school.
D = In a restaurant where Goose is singing to his son, a Kansas license plate is seen. The year of the license plate – minus – the number on a patch on the left back of Maverick’s leather jacket.
E = The first large number on the helicopter that picked up Hollywood.
F = The year the school started – minus – the date Goose was killed – minus – the first two numbers of the heading of the boggy Cougar calls out during the first attack in the movie.
