A camoed coffee tin with some trinkets and a logbook. No bushwhacking required--don't step on the native plants, but find your way through the dirt paths. About 65 feet off the path.
What do you do when inspiration for a cache hits you while on holiday for the weekend away from home?? You use what you have on hand. We had an empty coffee can, fake plants in the room and wire from the back of my car. The outcome is the cache you are about to go find. Not my best camo job, but considering my lack of a workbench and appropriate tools as well as lack of a glue gun, it's not too bad. It reminds me of a salad with an attitude--or lettuce gone wild. You be the judge. Either way, it blends in well with the local flora and should hopefully last for a while.
