You will need to walk up the hill. The slope is a little bit gentler if you go up by the Boy Scout Service Center.
There is plenty of parking near by. Take a short walk to find the cache. The container is a camo painted coffee can so there is plenty of room for trades. Enjoy the view over west Boise while you are here.
