Earthcache Lichtloch
Dieser Earthcache führt Euch zu einem Lichtloch, wie es in den
Anfängen des Bergbaus nötig war.
Dieser Erbstollen ist 3,2 km lang und wurde von 1774 bis 1882
vorgetrieben. In regelmäßigen Abständen mussten zur Wetterführung
(Luftzufuhr) und zur Förderung (Transport der Steine) solche
Luftlöcher hergestellt werden. Der Stollen hatte 13 Lichtlöcher,
die als kleine Halden im Verlauf des Weges sichtbar sind.
Der Erbstöllner erhielt aus dem Kohlenverkauf der angeschlossenen
Gruben nach dem König ein Neuntel des Erlöses. Dafür nahm er das
Wasser und brachte den Wind.
Um den Cache loggen zu dürfen musst Du mir eine Mail schicken, in
der Du diese zwei Fragen beantwortest:
1. Wie groß ist der Abstand zwischen den Lichtlöchern?
2. Wie groß ist der Durchmesser des Lichtlochs?
Hänge bitte außerdem ein Foto an Dein Log, auf dem Du neben dem
Schild stehst und das Lichtloch im Hintergrund zu sehen ist.
Earthcache Lighthole
This Earthcache brings you to a lighthole which was necessary in
the beginning of coal mining. The shaft is 3.2 km long and was used
between 1774 till 1882. Every some metres these lighthole were
built for ventilation und for bringing up the coal. The shaft had
13 lightholes, which can be seen as small piles of stones along the
way.
To log the cache you should attach a photograph to your log and
send me an email with the answers to these two questions.
1. How long is the distance between the lightholes?
2. How large is the radius of the lighthole?
