Ellie's Limerick Cache Traditional Cache

This is one of two caches belonging to two young people who join us on some of our caching trips. Instead of the usual swaps Ellie would like you to write your favourite limerick in the logbook to record your visit. (When enough have been collected the will be presented on a web page).

The cache is located within 10 meters of the bridleway and there is no need to leave the track until adjacent to the cache location.

The cache is located in the vicinity of Lydling farm, home of the prize-winning Rosemead Aberdeen Angus herd. Their web site can be seen here.

If parking at Lydling Farm, please park in the large V by the lake where Lydling Lane meets Puttenham Lane as the lane is quite narrow and regularly used by farm machinery.

The cache is as small white cylindrical container, approx 10cm x 6cm and contains only a logbook and pencil.

Please prepare your visit to this cache by thinking of your favourite limerick so you can record it in the logbook.
