September 29 and 30, 2007 the City of Lincoln City in conjunction with other organizations in the community are honoring the Veterans and Active Military Personnel with different events around the city.
September 29, 2007 at 2 PM will be the Celebration of Honor GPS Adventure. This Geocacher Sponsored event is for all. This event has been approved by the City of Lincoln City. Show up by 2 PM to register and get your passport to the City. At 2:15 PM everyone will be released to go on a GPS Adventure. There will be 10 locations that you will visit by way of the GPS. At those locations you will receive a certain item and a stamp. Once you have completed your passport, then hurry back to the beginning location to claim your prize.
All participants will receive a great prize that is worth all the work. This is a great event for the whole family! So try to enjoy yourself instead of focusing on the competitiveness of the event.
