This is a simple micro cache located in beautiful Four Fields Park, a 20 acre park located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
The cache only has room for a log, so bring a writing utensil. Because of the amenities the park has to offer, this is a kid friendly cache. Depending on the time of year and the weather, muggles could be an issue. Here is what the City of Perrysburg’s website has to say about the park:
This park has parking, a shelter house available to rent, restrooms, tables, grills, benches, horseshoes, basketball, play equipment, walking/jogging and a public phone. New playground equipment installed in 2000. There are 2 ponds located here. Swimming, fishing and non-motorized boating are available in the larger pond. Beach volleyball and paddle boats are available for rent. Call 419-872-7964 for further pond information. In the winter, ice skating on the small pond is a fun activity. Call 419-872-8020 for ice skating safety information. The annual Fishing Derby is held here and the pond is stocked with native species fish. An aerating fountain was installed in 2002 as well as an inflatable slide and rock climber for the swimming area.
Caution, there is some rusty barbed wire (which is lovely this time of year) in this area of the cache, so look before your grab anything. Also this cache is not accessible from the highway. Happy Hunting!
