I finished work today and saw this spot. The actual hiding spot has stumped me in the past so I poked around until I thought found the right location.
This is not going to be easy and a worker in the area, from SLC, has done a little caching and he said this was mean.
I always laugh, and sometimes get frustrated, when I read hints about "eye level". My hairdresser (joke) is 56 inches tall (no joke) and some of my best geofriends are between 76 and 78 inches tall.
If you are visiting the area and are not familiar with the stature of the cache owner you are "blank out of luck" unless you have "high tech" info available.
Changes in terrain rating have been encouraged. When I checked on and replaced the container it was much more difficult to get to than when placed. I am older now and do not negotiate stuff as easily as when this one was placed. Someone said "ten feet" off for him. Ten feet feels good for someone named "baad daata".
