Pretty area - a nice walk towards the beach. What would make it better? A cache of course!
Trek down the great trails, and check out Lake Michigan - this is an interesting 'valley-like' area - TONS of wildlife.
If you do these caches on an overcast day, or in late afternoons you should see many, MANY deer. Nice trails, great beaches and stocked fishing ponds. ENJOY your day!
This Geocache has been placed in accordance with Chapter 30, Office of Land Management Operations Handbook ("Policy for Placement of Geocache on IDNR Managed Properties"), and has been submitted to the Site Superintendent for approval and authorization.
An exception to article IV, subparagraph Alpha has been granted as follows: "Placement of small ammunition cans (7.62mm) will be acceptable provided the phrase 'Official Geocache' is permanently affixed on the container and the original ammunition markings are removed. Larger sized ammunition cans will not be authorized."
