The final cache location is only a 10 minutes walk in and a 10 minute walk out.
The area is fairly overgrown now (since we found it in 2009 and adopted it in 2018).
It is a flat walk to the cache on a weeded overgrown old paved road.
Near the final coordinates there is a very short walk (20m) off the trail
(before reaching the gate at the end of the road)
There is no need to go near the 'private property' signed gate.
Container is hanging at waist height BESIDE the object of the title
and should be a very obvious easy find.
There is NO NEED to touch the object of the title.
To locate the final co-ordinates,
park at the Parking Coordinates (provided in additional waypoints section).
There is a boat launch near by and a washroom. This is a very common area for fishermen.
At the Posted coordinates, locate the nearby "Ontario Historical Plaque"near the bridge.
There are two numbers listed on the plaque.
Deduct the "1st number" on the plaque from the 'North' MIDDLE number
from the following bogus coordinate.
Add the "2nd number" on the plaque to the 'West' MIDDLE number
of the following bogus coordinate.
(do not count the zero when trying to find the middle number)
The bogus coordinate is: N44 46.737 W081 12.412
Please "Do not disturb" the 'Ospreys' on your walk to the final destination.
Cedar & Co. adopted this cache from The Bruce Explorer in 2018.
We wish him well in his future adventures.
