WaiTan (the Bund),the most attractive place in Shanghai. It's
famous because of its various building styles and night piece.
Those old buildings align along the bund of Huangpu River and
witness the growing of this city. Originally, most of them were
built by western banks, insurance companies and custom from 1870s.
In 1930s, Shanghai was the financial center of Eastern Asia.
The best place to see the panorama of WaiTan is on the opposite
bank - LuJiaZui, the new economic center of China. Crowded many
skyscrapers and keep expanding. From WaiTan, the best way heading
to the opposite is by ferry.
