This is how it works:
Whoever is the FTF at a Project FTF cache then has a
responsibility.
That cacher then must go and hide a cache which will become the
next cache in that part of the Project FTF series.
(ex: FTF Quatro #003).
If, however, you are FTF and are unable or unwilling to continue
this project, please make it clear in your log entry that you are
deferring until the next finder.
There is no obligation to participate! Just sign and get your
smilie if that's what you'd like! 
If you are the FTF, please do your part to expedite this
project's spreading!

About this cache hide:
I'd imagine most FTF series hides will closely resemble PNGs;
that's how it was when I went through Asheville. I refuse to hide
true PNGs, so thought of going for a TNG - a terrain and grab (my
own term). A TNG offers a short terrain challenge before you get to
a quick find. As usual, this is my normal style of off-beat cache.
The terrain rating is lower because the challenge is short.
The cache is accessible only through the neighboring park. Please
note the illegality of parking on a major road such as Wendover.
There is ample parking not more than a hundred yards away.
This TNG cache offers three various ways to negotiate terrain. I
chose the obvious way because it's fun. It took me a minute or so
to cross and less than ten seconds on my return trip. I estimate
this cache should take between eight and twenty minutes.
The first cache in this series did not disclose the container's
size. Therefore, you are also looking for an unknown container size
for this cache. There is no swag; I'm tired of putting swag bags
together. However, there are TBs I picked up from Greenville, SC
either in or around the container, depending upon if I had enough
room for them.
Warnings and Advisories:
Please watch your step. Some ticks do inhabit this region, but not
many. Beware of poison ivy. Do not undertake risks where you are
not willing to assume full liability. Watch your step. How you
approach this is up to you, but do not park on the side of the main
road. Follow the geotrail and you shall find the cache. All of the
preceding should have been common sense.
Logging Requirement
If you want to log this cache, sign the log in your own
handwriting. I will reconcile the log book with the online logs
every few months and will delete all logs where one member of team
signed the book for everyone. The log book verifies one person has
found the cache, but one signature for all team members does
not.
Those who do not meet this logging requirement will have their logs
deleted. If you cache in a team, every member must sign the log
with their own hand. Stickers, stamps, cards, etc. will not be
accepted in lieu of a signature, but are welcome accessories. If
you want numbers, put in the effort yourself or find someone who
doesn't check the log book.
