We made this one easy due to the potential for alot of muggles around. You'll know where it is before finding it.
This cache is one of thirteen new caches that are all related and will result in a final bonus cache with some nice contents and FTF prize. Keep tract of the clues in each logbook. Each individual cache is also themed for the location it is hidden.
