This cache is along an historic tank trail that used to link two German bases. It is a nice cobblestone path. The cache is located on a single track path following some power wires.
Ok, this is located about 50 feet into the woods. Stop on the path about half way between the curve in the wires and the next power pole. There is a slight area in the woods (non-autobahn side) that looks like a small clearing. Start your search here going into the woods about 50 feet. The ammo can is hidden well. Look for fallen branches, lots of twigs and a clear view of the sky.
