Start at the Elfin Forest Reserve parking lot. Go back to the main road and turn right, go 75-100 yds and then turn left on the fire road. Once you get to this waypoint (N33° 06.416' W117° 09.408') the road up to Frank's will be clear.
The cache is in a green ammo box and contains the prerequisite log book, 2 pencils and a sharpener. Also a mini mountain bike; hot wheels car; glitter nail polish, lip gloss and hair clips; a blow up saxophone; 2 batteries; and an emergency thermal blanket. It is full, so plan on taking something and leaving something smaller.
