This cache is aboard Camp Patriot, the US military camp on Kuwait Naval Base. As long as you have permission to access the base - no additional security clearance is required.
This is my first international cache, and only took 7 months to get the okay. A Hawaiian FA unit placed a small Koi pond here, and my Arkansas unit has turned it into a beautiful grassy oasis in the courtyard of a blue building. Lots of people stop by just to hang out and smell the grass. This is a small rubbermaid container with only a few items: Germany Bracelet Deck of Cards 2-142d Patch Cannonball TB from around Little Rock AFB This container is clear see thru, so anyone can see what is in it without worrying about its contents.
