Theodore Arcand Park is located in Bellingham Massachusetts and
is open to use for town residents. This modest park offers summer
swimming lessons, fishing derbies and occasional overnight camping
by the local Cub Scout troop. Dissected by Lake Street, the west
half of Jenks Reservoir is located in the park. Water flows east to
west and empties into the Peters River on its way to Woonsocket
Rhode Island.
