My grandfather, who worked at the paper mill of Utansjö in
Ångermanland, always said that the mills didn't smell bad -
it was the smell of money.
This cache offers a nice view of the Stora Enso Skutskär
mill, who's primary product is sulphate pulp. The sulphite
production was dropped in 1977 mainly due to envinronmental
regulations.
