I dedicate this cache to my fabulous mother.
This is her favourite place on the Bruce Trail. She loves the views
and the pretty waterfalls. She'll often sit by the waterfall near
the final where she'd meditate while surrounded by the natural
beauty.
(Please note. Mom wants me to mention that, in the past, these
falls were rushing with tons of water! Much more water than
today!)
The approach on the Bruce Trail takes you along the edge of the
escarpment above Blue Mountain Ski Resort and Craigleith Ski Club.
The views of Georgian Bay are fabulous! On a good day you can see
across to Christian Island, Wasaga Beach, Barrie and beyond.
It's acceptible to mountain bike on this section of the Bruce
Trail.
There is poison ivy along the Bruce Trail on the approach to the
cache. But there is no poison ivy in the vicinity of the
cache.
The cache is an ammo box.
