Bushman's Paradise Traditional Cache

The cache is reached from the most eastern side of the Pontok Mountains. After entering the main gate take the road to the right along the base of the mountains and drive to the parking area for Bushman’s Paradise. From there a steep slope should be ascended but there are chains to hold onto. At the top of the chains keep right and walk to the cache. Be careful with the down climb along the chains. Wear good shoes!
An entrance fee to the local community project is payable at the gate for day visitors or overnight camping.
The cache is a white 2 liter ice cream container with original contents a logbook, pencil and please read in a ziplock bag. Treasure consists of memo pad, eye patches, key ring and I think my permanent marker which I have forgotten in there.
Spitskoppe is a truly remarkable place but please remember this is a sensitive area that must be protected!
