Geocache Description:

Cache container is a single-serving "sake for one" can. It holds a mini homemade log, mini pen, Calvin Klein atomizer, glass bead decoration and plastic sashimi flower. Access & transportation to this cache is easy.

Note: some of the logs may give the impression that this is a hike to get to but this cache is only a couple blocks from bus stop along the road and handicap accessible (but there is a trail that starts in this area).
This cache is very near the coastal Highway 134 and the Maedahashi bus stop. There is a beautiful hike along the Maeda river in this area and cachers can cross the bridge to the forest of camphor trees beyond which is part of the Mt. Ogusuyama Hiking Course (and leads to another cache of the same Mt. name!)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF HIKING BEYOND THE CACHE TO THE UPPER TRAIL, IT IS SPLIPPERY CLAY EVEN IN DRY WEATHER.

The "nearby" Ogusuyama cache can be accessed from this trail....and an ice cream/tea shop at the highway corner!
