Geocache Description:

This cache IS NOT for children. The terrain rating may be higher if it is wet, icy, or snowy as well as on really windy days.

This cache resides near the Pinnacle Overlook along the Susquehanna River. It is one of my favorite spots as it is so serene and quiet and the bald eagles are usually easily spotable from here. This cache can be dangerous. It is out on the steep walk down to the cliff drop off, but please take the stealthy informal path in the woods. The rocks move and slide sometimes, so be VERY careful. Beware of snakes; they love these rocky outcroppings and sun here often. Have fun and enjoy this cache. As with all caches, use common sense. If you don't like heights, you may want to avoid this cache. If you are unsure of your abilities to climb on loose rock, avoid this cache.
