Can be accomplished at any hours. Best time is before 7:00am and after 4:30p.m Monday - Friday. Any time on weekends.
This is a nice little place that City workers will take breaks (if we get one which I normally do not, contrary to popular belief) or conduct outside meetings. You, the public, do have access. To retrieve this cache you must sit down facing North and pull. If someone questions you, you are a visitor with Parks and Rec or whatever interesting story you can come up with. Usually people will not ask though.
Most caches hidden by Tallahassee Parks and Recreation have a five or six digit code, either on the log book or the cache itself. Record the Parks and Recreation code for a chance to earn a Parks and Recreation Geocoin. After you have collected 40 codes, email them in alphabetical order by cache name to this owner. We will confirm the codes and arrange to meet to pick up your numbered geocoin.
