This cache is placed at Colin the Jack Russell's favourite walking
place. As a "dog walker" cache, it is totally dog accessible, with
no stiles. The Llanerchaeron Estate is owned by the National Trust,
and you can roam over almost all the estate grounds, free of
charge, all year round. To check opening times and information

During opening hours, I suggest you park at the carpark, or when
closed you can park at the chapel or at the "cache and dash"
waypoint below. You will find the cache near to the disused railway
walk. Please be aware that in some areas this path takes you close
to the road, so be careful of loose dogs and children. Please obey
signs on fields with regard to loose dogs and livestock. The cache
is an ammo box, and it's starting contents are: tennis balls, dog
lead, squeaky toy, reflective dog coat, a whistle/dog tag (or nano
cache container!) and "tempting the fates" geocoin. There are also
several leaflets about the Llanerchaeron Estate, which were
provided by the estate manager. Please feel free to take one of
these, I don't regard them as a trade item, and will try to
replenish them as needs be.
