Charlotte Nor'Easter Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Erwinia of B & E: We are archiving this cache. We have seen an increase in construction around the first stage. The second stage has been lost several times. The third stage, the final cache has been plundered at least twice. We give up on this one. Thanks to all who found it, and our apologies to all who had trouble with it. (BTW - Frank Liske park is now completely geocache free....Good spot for someone to place a new one) B & E

Geocache Description:

This is a three stage multi-cache. We think it should be pretty easy. The terrain is light all the way.

This Search takes a tour of some interesting areas northeast of Charlotte. Take your binoculars, as there are many kinds of birds and other wildlife to be seen at all locations. The final stage is concealed very well, so please be sure to cover it back up well when you leave.

Some of the original contents include:

  • Sgt. York (a geocache traveller from the "South Toe/Roaring Fork" cache)
  • A tin of assorted foreign currency
  • A Hawaiian Tiki God
  • Set of Screwdrivers
  • Some very collectible Boy Scout patches
  • And an assortment of other interesting items

Have fun searching, and let us know if you have any problems
