We suggest parking at co-ordinates N44 35.079 W 079 40.933. The Copeland Forest is one of the loveliest forests in Southern Ontario. It is super in fall as it is full of lush undergrowth, towering old pines, unusual wildflowers and ferns and hectares of maples, oaks, beeches, birches and evergreens. These trails are ideal for hiking. Our route offers fewer hills with a flatter forest landscape. Please be CAREFUL to stay away from the train tracks as this line is still in use. You do NOT have to cross or walk down the tracks to find this cache. Please watch your children and dogs if you wander close to these tracks. The container is of a medium-sized Tupperware type full of goodies, 2 Log Books and TWO Travel Bugs (at time of placing).

As some of you know by now, our dear old Pal Misha (Rob & Jan's Queensland Blue Heeler) passed away on Jan 6/07 at age 12 and went to join Margo and Peter's dog Max, who was waiting for her in doggy heaven. She was featured on many of our trips. We have now acquired TWO new little Blue Heeler sisters (yes - the same breed as Misha) and although they will only be 3 1/2 months old by the time of the Event, we shall be bringing them to the Spring Fling # 3! We thought it only fitting we name this Cache after them. They thoroughly enjoyed placing the cache with us in true Cattle Dog style! (TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES WE TOOK!)
