Geocache Description:


A short hike uphill will take you to this cache. There is a picnic table nearby, so you might want to take a lunch break here.
In 1848, three men went to scout a route over the Sierras. They never returned. Their friends found their bodies riddled with arrows and buried in a shallow grave near this site.
