Geocache Description:

Cache on hillside filled with booty near benchmark along the Ridge Route. This location provides good views of Interstate 5, Castaic, and the Santa Clarita Valley beyond.

The Ridge Route is loaded with benchmarks. At this location you will find a benchmark up on the hillside as signified by a white witness post. The cache is not far away.

If you look to the NW of the cache site, you will see portions of the Old Ridge Route. SE of the cache site is another benchmark embedded in a boulder alongside the road.

Cache is an ammo can compliments of Kodiak Dave - and my first attempt at painting camo.
