ENGLISH
This cache is located on the western slopes of the Pratomagno in Tuscany. It is located roughly halfway along C.A.I. hiking route 33. This route runs from San Giovenale in the north to Loro Ciuffenna in the south and passes over the summit of Monte Cocollo at 881m. The entire route is 22.6 kms long and would take about 7.5 hours to walk (one way).
Fortunately you do not have to walk the entire route to find the cache (although you are welcome to do so). The cache is located at approximately 550m, above sea level, on the section of the route that passes between La Lama and Caspri. This section of the route provides spectacular views of the Arno valley and the Chianti hills in the distance. The cache can be approached from either La Lama or Caspri and coordinates for possible parking locations are listed below. The Cache is very close to the track but will require a little climb to retrieve it.

Questo cache è situato sui versanti occidentali del Pratomagno in Toscana. È situato approssimativamente a metà strada lungo sentiero C.A.I. numero 33. Questo itinerario si allontana dal San Giovenale nel nord a Loro Ciuffenna nel sud e passa sopra la sommità di Monte Cocollo a 881m. L'intero itinerario è 22.6 kms lunghi ed occorrerebbe circa 7.5 ore alla camminata (unidirezionale).
Non dovete fortunatamente camminare l'intero itinerario per trovare il cache (anche se siete benvenuti fare così). Il cache è situato a circa 550m, sopra il livello del mare, sulla sezione dell'itinerario che passa fra La Lama e Caspri. Questa sezione dell'itinerario fornisce le viste spettacolari della Valdarno e delle colline di Chianti nella distanza. Il cache può avvicinarsi a o da La Lama o Caspri e le coordinate per le posizioni possibili di parcheggio sono elencati qui sotto. Il cache è molto vicino al sentiero ma richiederà un piccolo ascensione richiamarlo.
