This cache is located closed to the Botanical Garden of Soroksar. Approaching the cache could be done by car, by bicycle, or by bus (nr 166. http://www.bkv.hu/busz/166.html).
The Botanical Garden
Was found in 1963, in the XXIII. district of Budapest, at the side of Soroksar. The Danube alluvium surface has some dunes in direction of NW-SE, and there is some waterlogged marshland between these dunes. At the time of founding, the garden’s vegetation was consist of the oaks, pine woods, wattles, and on the top of the dunes was grapes, and some orchard planted in the 50’s.
Nowadays you can find some original vegetation, which is typical between the Danube and the Tisza. These are now the highly protected parts of the garden: special grass (sand-field-grass), tussocks, dryable marshland-meadow.
The job of the garden: university education, researching, international core and mother spawn bartering, conversation.
Since 1977, it’s a highly protected conservational area.

On Saturday and on Sunday they welcome visitor groups only after agreeing on phone. Entrance fee: adult 500 HUF (less then 2 Euro), children: 300 HUF
