This is number 2 in an ongoing series I have decided to call the "Jingwe sticks a cache on any
summit that hasn't got one yet" series.
This one is located near to the summit cairn on Slieve Meelmore, one of the seven 700m peaks within the Mourne Mountains.
Many approaches are possible, but a direct one is to park at the car park along the Trassey road at N 54° 11.992 W 006° 01.189 and follow the track up the valley to the stile on the wall running between Slieve Meelmore and Slieve Meelbeg at N 54° 11.139 W 006° 00.268.
You can then follow the wall up to the summit to locate the cache.
The cache is a 1l rectangular tab lock box and contains the usual trinkets, with a set of unregistered Travel Bug tags for FTF.
This Cache is on the summit of one of the seven peaks in the Mourne Mountains with summits higher than 700 meters, collectivly known as the 7 Sevens.

In each of these caches you will find an instruction card containing details which will, if you collect all seven, lead to a bonus cache "The 7 Sevens (GC15M20)" which you will be able to find and log as a reward for reaching all seven summits.
Please make sure you take carefull note of the information, and ensure the card is replaced in the cache with the logbook for the next visitor.
As with all caches in wilderness areas, please ensure you are dressed properly and prepared for all conditions, as the weather can change suddenly.
