Located on October Mountain very close to the brook. On a trail that leads up to the old Camp Eagle at Felton Pond.
The cache is a 2 cup size clear plastic canister with a blue lid. Log only (BYO pen). I was a little hesitant to place a cache here since it's kind of close to a road that heads up the hill and could be bushwhacked to fairly quickly. I'll advise that you don't park on the road since it is used by heavy vehicles (loggers) during the week. On weekends it's used fairly heavily by ATVers. You can park at the metal gate at the top of the trail (very close to Felton Pond) or you can park at the bottom, which is what I prefer for the sights. The gorge trail is on either side of the brook. The one on the left has a more manageable incline.
