Geocache Description:

This cache is set as part of the Sussex Wheel series which were launched on the day of the Sussex Wheel Bash in June 2007. Each cacher was allocated a segment of the wheel for cache placement (see map below - click on it for large version). The log book of this cache contains a clue for a bonus cache for completing the entire wheel set.

Sussex Wheel Map The list of all 14 caches is as follows (note: one bonus clue per cacher, so where more than one cache is listed for a given cacher, you only have to visit one of theirs to get their clue):

This is a two-part multi where the first part (a micro) is "wheely hard" and can be found at the above coordinates. This then contains the coordinates for a final cache which is "wheely easy".

The whole thing can be done as a walk from the central point of the Sussex Wheel and/or as part of completing the whole set. If doing this cache in isolation, there are closer parking places which could be used on nearby country roads. There are several obvious paths or tracks to use between the locations but an up-to-date OS map will, as always, be helpful.

Terrain is generally not too taxing but there are one or two hazards (eg. small flights of steps) depending on your chosen route. We hope you enjoy this cache and the others in this nice area of the Sussex countryside.
