A short distance offset cache. When you get on site, count how may faces are on the main monument (VV) and plug that number into the following: (15 X VV) + 7 = AAA (18 X VV) + 9 = BBB The final coordinates are: N 39 34.AAA W 076 59.BBB

Westminster is the county seat of Carroll County and was named for the borough of London. Westminster is a partner city with Paide, Estonia and is the home of McDaniel College, the Carroll County Fair, Common Ground on the Hill, and the Maryland Wine Festival. Carroll County was named for Charles Carroll of Carrollton (1737-1832), signer of the American Declaration of Independence. The cache in hidden in a small memorial park in the heart of Westminster.
