Geocache Description:

Thirteenth in the shameless continuation of a series of parking lots.

After a delay the shamless series is back. Since this is #13 I decided to make it an easy one. The rest will get more interesting.
I think Alan actually coined the acronym NPL...Neglected Parking Lot. It's an honour to adopt this as a reminder from TXOILGAS that we can all use some numbers sometime.
