Water Point Traditional Cache

This cache is located in Fort Fetterman State Park which is open seasonally and from dawn to dusk. There is a museum there as well as a few camping spots too. There is the usual daily use fee of $2 for a Wyoming resident or $4 for a nonresident.
The coords for this cache have been checked several times but at least 4 different units that I know of and they are always hit or miss. I don't know what is going on with it but they are never on. You do not need to swim to find this one. I have updated and updated them and they are just off. Use your unit to get into the area and then use the hint to find it.
DO NOT WEAR SANDLES OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT WHEN YOU ARE OUT IN THIS AREA. IT IS AN AREA WHERE SNAKES COULD BE AND CACTUS PLANTS ARE ALL OVER. THE HIKING CAN BE SLIGHTLY ROUGH AND YOU WILL BE OFF OF THE TRAILS WHEN YOU ARE HUNTING FOR THIS CACHE. THIS IS A PRETTY LONG HIKE AND IS ACROSS A BRIDGE THAT MIGHT BE A LITTLE TRICKY TO CROSS.
My 13 year old, who has done most of the caching with me, is convinced that this terrain needs to be listed higher than a 3.5 just for the last short approach to the cache. The last few meters are on a steep incline that is covered with a combination of loose rocks, hard soil and plants with things that will stick you.
This cache is hidden as you would expect it to be when you see the area. It is a small loc and loc container with various things hidden in it and will be able to hold some small items. Goes without saying it blends into it's environment.
