Spirit Walk

This will be a nice easy walk along the Prairie Spirit Rail Trail. The 33-mile multi-purpose path is a twelve-foot wide trail surface. Consisting of compacted crushed limestone, which makes an excellent surface for bicycles, walking, and wheelchairs. (The cache is off the trail a bit however.)

This is micro cache that contains log only. It could contain a geocoin or other very small item. I've kicked it up a notch to make it a challenge to find. Come on down to Ottawa and Log Your Visit on the Prairie Spirit Trail!

Notes:
  • The trail only requires a fee outside the city limits, this cache is located within the city limits so no worries.
  • Parking would be best at the Phillips 66 (get a refreshment) with a short walk to the trail.
  • Here are some tips: coordinates are good, no need to cross over to other side, no tools or anything required to retrieve it and should be no need to completely enter the woods/shrubs.
  • It is not a nano-cache
