Well I think it is?
Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS)
if it is then you should find the cache straight away only if you have WAAS on. Watch out for mugglers on the road walking you really have to be watchful must use all your Geo-Cachers skills. I made it a Micro you can get to it in the summer and winter; do not need snow shoes you can park close just beware of the area you are in.
