[PT] Esta cache está situada numa zona muito bonita da Serra de Grandola. Pode ser visitada de carro mas sugerimos que seja feito o percurso pedestre. A zona em torno da Ermida, sofreu recentemente melhoramentos, tendo agora um miradouro com bancos, algumas mesas para pic-nic e um assador para bons momentos gastronómicos! Não deixe por isso, de trazer o farnel e guardar esta cache para a hora do almoço!

[EN] This cache is situated in a very pretty zone of the Mountain of Grandola. It can be visited by car but we suggest to make the pedestrian journey. The Ermida place as suffered recently some improvements, now have pic-nic tables and a barbecue! Live this cache for lunch time, bring your pic-nic and enjoy!

[PT] Diz a lenda que em tempos idos, um jovem pastor encontrou uma cobra pequena. E criou o hábito de lhe dar leite das suas cabras. Punha o leite numa pedra em forma de concha, fazia um assobio de chamamento e a cobra aparecia. Entretanto foi para a tropa. Ao fim de uns dois anos regressou ao local e fez o habitual assobio. Começou a ouvir alguma coisa aproximar-se por entre o mato. A vegetação agitava-se de forma barulhenta. A cobra tinha crescido. Era um bicho enorme, ele não tinha colocado leite na pedra em forma de concha e a cobra atacou-o. Nesse momento terá prometido erguer uma ermida naquele local se conseguisse salvar-se.
