This cache is fairly easy to get to. You should park in any of the neighbouring streets. Take a look at the canal boats as this is located near to a marina. Stealth may be required as this area is very popular with barges. Original contents include log book and pencil, toy car, note clip, marbles, scented candle, letter stencil set, highlighter pen and 20p for first to find.
