The cache is located just off 115, on Foothill road. Foothill is a divided road, so you actually have to go past the parking coordinates and do a "spin-o-rama" and come back to the base of the pipeline. Property is not owned by the homeowners on the left or right, and I asked permission. The climb to the hide is very, very steep. There are hills, and there are cliffs, this one's a "hilff". It's only about .3 of a mile walk, but it's a two break climb, and I'm not talking rest stops, I'm talking leg bones.
Once up top, on a clear day, you have a clear view of Effort, the Appalachian Trail and four of the gaps. Be very careful on the walk back down because it is very steep.
