Geocache Description:

Hello Trenton

Sadly team Go Play Outside is moving to Trenton Ontario this summer and we will be very sorry to leave the Comox Valley. We have enjoyed living here for the last 7 years and have come to love the island and all its wonderful attributes.
We plan on coming back here to stay in 4 or 5 years; after all this is the best place to live in Canada as far as we are concerned.

In order to help us move to Ontario and introduce ourselves to the geocaching community there we are looking for some help from the great cachers here on Vancouver Island.

We have placed a cache container at the above coordinates and filled it with Trenton oriented trade items. What we ask is that you bring along a trade item, preferably one with a Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, or BC theme and trade it for one of the Trenton or GPO items. When we have a full load of trade items donated by BC cachers we will collect the cache and its contents and replace it with a conventional cache and more trade items to continue on as a regular cache.

We will then take the donated trade items with us when we move to Ontario in early July and place them as a new cache in Trenton and call it something like "Hello From Comox". This will be our introductory cache for the Trenton area cachers and in it we will explain that all the trade items were contributed by cachers from here in the Mid Island area.

Easiest access to the trails and cache is from a path starting on the north side of the hairpin turn on Back road.
