Geocache Description:

This may be one of the "safest" cache locations out there! Let's all give a shout of thanks to all of our local men and women who swore to Serve and Protect our fine community of Owatonna for keeping us all and this cache safe. Like all urban caches with a lot of muggle activity please try and be as discreet as possible so as not to cause undue suspicion.

Difficulty is 2.5 due to location only and actually retrieving may be difficult.

Cache is safe to pursue and permission granted for placement by the Owatonna Police Chief.

You are to be looking for a small plastic container the same height as a film canister but a bitter larger in diameter. This container can hold some standard size and smaller geocoins so I would recommend dropping in some from time to time. There is one dollar in quarters for whoever finds this first. Also PLEASE replace canister as found after logging in. Contains a log book and pencil.
