This cache is located in the Bear Paw Mountains 12 miles south of Havre on Highway 234. Requires a short hike to get to it across a meadow and a steep climb the last few hundred feet. Our four year old made it!
This is the largest county owned park in the US. It includes picnic areas and campsites for public use. The park offers unlimited opportunities for recreation such as sightseeing, hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
This is the first of five caches that we plan to put in the Park. Stay tuned for more.
