Terra Park Lake used to be a very beautiful lake used by the city for waste water. Since connecting to the Des Moines City sewer system, the city has let this lake dry up. They are now talking about how to refill it and keep it filled. There are bike trails and picnic areas all around the lake.
PLEASE DO NOT remove the cache from its location. Simply open the cache in place and sign the log. If you remove the cache, it will give it away for other cachers.

Okay, Okay, I am putting a clue. It will make this cache easier, so if you want the challenge, don't decode it before you go to the site. I also increased the difficulty a little. This is hard to spot even when you know where it is.
