Obed Summit Viewpoint, Highway 16
West
On your way to Jasper National Park? Need a
break? Wanna stretch your legs? The cache is located a short
distance into the bush north of the Obed Summit rest stop on the
west bound lanes of the Yellow Head Highway (Hwy 16).
The cache is in a camo'd thermos jug and
contains various items along with the log book, pencil and
sharpener. Please leave the latter 3 items in the cache
;)
While you're at the rest stop check your
GPS elevation against the elevation posted on the sign, enjoy the
view of the Rockies and take advantage of the facilities if
needed.
