This cache was adopted from Jeepn121 and was originally called CanoeU2-Felicia. GeocacheFerrets was first to find and had this cache on his favorites list. Thanks Jeepn121 for letting us adopt this cache after it went missing for so long. We found it approxiamately 223 feet North of it's original location. It was moved there by a muggler who left a message saying they had found it and were going to move it as they thought that was how you played the game! The ammo can is located on a public island in Bonnie Lake. The round trip is 5.1 miles or about 3 hours. The lake is surrounded by private property and the only way to get to it is by canoe or kayak up the small creek flowing South out of the lake. You can launch from the bridge about a mile below the lake. The area is full of wildlife. Our last trip we saw hundreds of turtles, eagles, osprey, yellow headed black birds,marmots, harmless snakes( no rattle snakes) and turkey vultures.
