An easy grab-n-go micro located near the marina at Summersville
Lake, just south of Summersville, West Virginia.
From U.S. Route 19, turn onto Airport Road. If coming south, this
is a right-hand turn; if traveling north, turn left. Just follow
your GPS unit from there.
This recreation area can be very busy at times during the summer
months, with heavy muggle activity, so I hid the cache back a bit
from the main marina. This should assist your stealth moves as you
retrieve and put back the container.
The container is a magnetic key holder that will only hold the log,
so please bring your own pen.
This area is closed to vehicle traffic in the winter months
after the water level is taken down to a point where boats can no
longer be launched from the marina. If you go for this cache then
and find the gate at the top of the access road closed, you will
have to park and walk down from Airport Road.
